How can I place an order on the website?
1) Choose the product you wish to purchase.
2) Add the chosen product to your cart.
3) Click on "Check Out" to proceed with the order.
4) Enter your personal details and re-check your order.
5) Once all your details are filled correctly, click on "Continue" to proceed to payment details.
6) Choose your desired payment mode and click on "Continue To Payment".
7) If you choose to pay online, fill in your payment details and click on "Complete Order."

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Bevzilla does not accept any returns.
What are the various Payment options available?
We use a 100% secure payment gateway service through Cashfree where you have multiple safe payment options like Paytm, Debit or Credit cards, Paypal, Netbanking, or Wallet money. We also offer Cash On Delivery with an additional charge of Rs. 50/- on every order.
How Can I Change My Address??
The address is only changeable under certain circumstances. You can email your updated address at Hello@bevzilla.co or call us at +919311367118. All orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 working hours. NOTE- The address can only be changed before order dispatch.
How much time does my order take to be delivered?
Once placed, it takes 2-5 working days for order delivery. You can track your order through the tracking id received via email or message
Is the COD option available to all locations in India?
Yes, COD is available across India. However, Rs. 50/- is additionally levied on all cash on delivery orders apart from your cart's amount. NOTE: Cash on delivery is not available on orders above Rs. 1999/-.
